The ‘vulva’ is made up of your clitoris, labia majora, labia minora; and the vaginal opening.  The vagina includes all the internal bits.
Because it's good to know your own body!
Ladies - Gravity is your friend!! Staying mobile a Ladies - Gravity is your friend!! Staying mobile and changing positions often helps your baby navigate through the pelvis much more easily! This is true with or without an epidural - MOTION IS LOTION!!
**For those of you who have had your babies - what positions did you find the most comfortable during labour?
PS. ***Labour & delivery beds are TRANSFORMERS! Seriously they transform in so many ways and help you find positions that are comfortable, help get the baby engaged, rotated and through the pelvis, and also are another tool in your toolbox to support your labour! ⁣ At the hospital, ask your nurse to help you with positioning the bed!
